Is this standard?

I had a membrane sweep yesterday. OB said I was 2cm at the end of the sweep. Shortly after I had very light spotting and decent cramping. Now it’s the next morning and I just went to the bathroom and there were a couple brownish but mostly red thumb-sized clots. I wiped and there was quite a bit brownish reddish mucusy discharge (not streaked with red; the whole thing was brown/red).

I have a call into my OB; but im wondering if I should be concerned or if this just part of the process?
