Positive Covid

I am so scared right now. We have avoided Covid up until now. My 20 month old is positive, 8 week old is congested but no fever, and i have developed a cough. I am in my 40’s and my anxiety is through the roof that something will happen to my kids, or that I’ll end up hospitalized and unable to care for them. I’m symptom spotting and panicking.

It’s just overwhelming and I can’t shake it.
