Worried as hell now

Can someone please help me I just left my OB and she did not give me an estimate due date she gave me a pap and internal ultrasound she said she didn’t see anything because Im probably just to early i did take another pregnancy test which showed positive results

She was more some focused on me being high risk back I have diabetes but other than that she would answer any questions because she could see anything on the ultrasound..

Not sure how to feel im literally in a panic
