I’m a very panicking for no reason or should I panick?

So me female have had a unprotected sec with my male partner at the time about 3 times. He never came at any of those times but I’m usually very paranoid about these things. I’m usually on birth control but I decided to stop it about a month ago since I was noticing it was making me loose a lot of weight. I was supposed to start my period on Monday the 17th but it never came. Now I’m 4 days late, my cycle is usually irregular and regular. It decides yo switch up ever couple of months. And last period lasted for about 2 weeks. The last time I had unprotected sex was on Saturday, two days before my supposed period. I got pregnancy tests yesterday and I tested on two and it came out as Not Pregnant. But I’m not sure if that’s too early to test or maybe Saturdays sex delayed my period or im changing cycles. I started getting cramps and my boobs hurt like when im supposed to start my period and that started on Monday the day my period was supposed to come. Im not sure if im being too paranoid and im all good or I should worry and test again. Please give me some advice!
