What should I do?

So I have been dating my boyfriend for 5 months now and we seem to be hitting it off well, when last night my mom came into my room while he was talking with me about helping him cheat on his homework, and I wouldn’t give him the answers because I worked hard to finish it, so my mom is just sitting on my floor trying to help me get my point across by writing me notes that I would read out loud, and I hate to say it but he was probably high as well (he takes a lot of weed, keep in mind he’s going to be 15 next month and I’m going to 15 in 4 months) but I know it probably doesn’t make sense to you I’m just rambling on about homework and what not but what I need to understand is why is this an everyday thing, I am the sweetest and most trustworthy person I know, and he overuses it, and towards the end of the call his friend called his sister because he wasn’t picking up the phone (mainly since I was talking to him) well keep in mind my mom was still in the room, and he goes and starts making drug deals, my mom instantly took my phone and hung up the call for me, and she was telling me how it wasn’t right what they were doing, and I know it wasn’t right, but anytime I tell the school officer (since most of the deals happen in the courtyard) they would call they out of class give them a pat down and if they couldn’t find anything they would just release them and call it a day and never look again, and it’s getting on my last nerve because I really love him but I just don’t know what to do. Any friendly advice?
