Sex with uti

So i had uti for a couple days now and i drank some medicine but it wasn’t antibiotics.I thought it was gone and 30 min ago i had sex with a condom with my boyfriend, after he cummed i went to pee and I realised that uti is still here.He got so worried and went to the pharmacy to buy my antibiotics that i always drink when i have uti.I took the first doze but i am scared that something may happen. I know that i should avoid sex when i have uti but I thought it was gone so please don’t judge i am worried enough
