Advice please

I am currently 12 days late , didn’t take a test because I know it’s gonna play with my mind. I just need some advice . I am always nauseous , my stomach tightens on my right side . I feel a small lump like thing on the right side of my belly button . My pelvic , vagina area has pain/twinges on my right side . Cramps here and there . Anyone else experience this and was diagnosed with anything ? I go to the doctors all the time for help and all they say is everything looks normal , we’re not sure what’s going on.
