Crampy and cm
Just got off depo shot after 2 years on it. Last shot was august 30 2021. I am now having light but noticeable cramps on and off and today my cm is creamy white but not stretchy. Thinking about getting ovulation tests to see when I ovulate. We are trying to get pregnant again. I had no periods after 6 months on the depo. So I have no idea when ovulation would be or anything. I was on and off crampy last week too but nothing came of it. Negative pregnancy test yesterday.
