Retail people, what does this mean on transaction journal?
My partner and I ended up being charged twice at a servo and he is refusing a refund, we got this from them and I’m curious to know what “pin emergency” means on a terminal? I’m thinking he has messed around with this because it doesn’t make sense to me?! Hopefully we get our money back 🙄
