So im a mom of 3 girls 4, 3, & 1.

My 4 yo started speaking slowly after her 2nd birthday and was able to have a conversation after her 3rd….now my 3 yo does not speak or hold conversation or make full sentences. She knows her colors, numbers, ABC’s can tell you things for those letters repeats movies word for word and sings all the songs she’s listened to. She loves blocks and cars and lines them up perfectly when she does play with them…she really doesn’t play with other kids barely with her sister and doesn’t bother getting near her baby sister, recently she’s been crying non stop and just not happy with anything she’s all been doing this wild scream before she throws herself on to the floor and cries for a while I try to calm her down the best I can but it’s really stressful, I told her doctor about it and she said it may be autism but we don’t want to assume anything…still waiting for an appointment for her. Can anyone help me out here? Please this is breaking my heart and stressing me out at the same time 🥺
