I’m not talking mean, I’m just talking someone who lacks good customer service. Like if they don’t greet you when at the register/when you enter a fitting room, or when you say thank you and they don’t even reply, or when they open a fitting room door for you and don’t even say a word. Or if you go to a gym and the person at the front desk has to scan your card but doesn’t say a word to you while doing so.

I sometimes feel like people are emotionless robots. A little “hello” or “you’re welcome” goes a long way.

If it’s a busy shit show at the job sure I get it, but I’m not referring to a crazy busy crowded work day here.
