Help!!

There is this guy, I vibe with and I love him. We haven’t been intimidate yet, I feel attracted to him and we do want to take things to the next level. However I don’t know why but sometimes I feel like he does not care. He has tried to reassure me but I still feel that way and it is frustrating. I don’t know what to do help!
