Breastfeeding 11dpo and just loosing hope

I’m now 11dpo and breastfeeding an 9 month old, I’m loosing hope, nothing but BFN and it’s killing me no sign of AF I used clear blue advance digital ovulation test this month, I did everything right! This is really killing me. Can I have any words of encouragement?
