Pregnancy symptoms gone?

Hey everyone ☺️ So I’m 6 weeks pregnant today and the only symptoms I had were sore boobs and maybe a little more hungry then normal but other then that nothing crazy but since yesterday my sore boobs have gone is this normal ? I had some brown spotting on Sunday but only once and I know that can be normal but has anyone else had their symptoms disappear at 6 weeks? 
Sorry it’s my first time being pregnant so I’m a little anxious

It is completely normal for symptoms to come and go. Use the search function on this forum and you will find the question asked over and over, it happens a lot! Your hormones are fluctuating and regulating. Your symptoms may go away and stay away, or they may come back, or you might get a whole slew of new symptoms, or you might have none from now on. It’s all within the realm of normal.
