Fitbit users - decrease in resting heart rate at 9 weeks pregnant?
Just wondering if anyone else has had this? My RHR has increased since I found out I was pregnant, however, for the past week it has gone down by 1 beat per day and is now back to pre-pregnancy rate. Is this a bad sign? Does it mean anything?
