Insane headache!!! Plz help
I’ve had this crazy headache since 9pm last night and got little to zero sleep. It won’t let me sleep. It just pounds and pounds. I’ve took Tylenol and it’s not taking it away!!! Please ladies help. What do you use that’s safe. I’m between 4-6 weeks pregnant. Thank you sooo much in advance. 😭😭😭😭
