Waking up hungry?

Like so hungry your stomach hurts and you can’t go back to sleep 😩 what the heck 
I’m never hungry in the mornings

Yup! I wake up with my husband when he gets ready for work now because once I wake up I’m too hungry to sleep. Which is fine by me. 6:30am works. Coffee and bagel time

100%. Also if I stay up like more than 2 hrs past dinner I have to get up and eat.

I’ve noticed in myself that if I eat anything, even a small snack too close to bed time I wake up absolutely starving! But if I don’t really snack at all after dinner I won’t wake up super hungry at all.

When I was pregnant with my daughter I ate 2 breakfasts every morning 😆 one around 5 am and one around 8 am
