Anyone else going through this

Hello my name is katelynn I’m 21 years old when I was 16 I found out I was pregnant I thought my appendix had ruptured and when I got to the hospital they gave me a pregnancy test and it was positive I was told that there could be a complication with my pregnancy and I got sent to a bigger hospital while at the other hospital they ran some tests and told me I was having a tubal pregnancy A.k.a. Ectopic and had to have emergency surgery after my surgery I got told I had endometriosis and they took my left Fallopian tube out they left my right one but said it has a lot of scar tissue on it I’m worried now that I won’t ever be able to have kids
