He can’t make an angry expression
My son is 3, and I’m not sure if he just isn’t at that milestone or what’s going on.
Although, I’ve seen babies make angry faces. He gets tested for autism on the 1st.
My son -can- recognize his emotions. And he can make most facial expressions except anger/frustration. Maybe I’m worrying over nothing, but it seems like he can’t move his eyebrows up and down.
He can say he’s frustrated, although usually when he does, it’s because he’s pretending. Or the rare occasion his tablet dies, he will say, “mama, I’m mad/frustrated/angry.” And I’ll have to say it exactly like this “what’s wrong oliver” (if I don’t say his name he repeats that he’s mad/frustrated/angry until I say his name lol) and he will say “My tablet died. What I do?” He’s rarely thrown a tantrum.
He can frown, definitely smile, and laugh. But it’s hard to tell if he’s angry or not, just by his expression. 😥
