Is it bad for babies not get fresh air?

If a baby stays at home everyday and doesn't get no sun light in winter, will it effect their growth/development?

All humans need fresh air and sunlight. Bring your baby outside.

Make sure you're giving your baby vitamin D drops. It's best if they get some fresh air, even if it's just a short walk or a drive out in the car.

They will be fine. I live in the northern midwest and winter just gets too cold sometimes for a baby. I make sure we get outside if the weather warms up to atleast 20°F. Still that has only been 4 days in the past month as we have been mostly sub zero. Just do your best and don't worry about the rest. Winter only lasts so long then it will warm up.

My son and I were in the hospital for 7 days following his birth. The last thing the pediatrician said to me was get out with baby to take a walk everyday. It was cold, rainy, coming up to winter kind of weather but was absolutely important for baby to have fresh air and experience different environments. So that’s what we did, nearly everyday we got out with the stroller or eventually the carrier. Good for him and good for me.

I find my daughter naps/sleeps a lot better if she can be outside for a bit during the day. During the winter we rarely stay out longer than 45 mins or so, but it’s something!

Well, trey will live.
But some sun and fresh air would be good still. I might be the odd one but I walk with my son in stroller for about 2-3 h every day, no matter the weather and I don't see a reason why to keep him at home in winter. We have around 5-20 F weather at winter here usually
