Suddenly lactose ?😱

I’ve become suddenly lactose. I cannot eat ice cream, drink anything milk based. Cheese is fine. Is this weird or what ? Can anyone relate ?

It can happen. For some that are lactose intolerant they can be able to suddenly have dairy again. Whereas others become more sensitive. Yay hormones.
