Should I give my baby almond milk or whole milk?

My baby is now one and I’m scared of giving her whole milk since almost everyone in my family has been lactose intolerant. Should I give her almond milk or whole milk? Which one is best ?

You are allowed to still give formula if you want. I would check if almond milk has nutritional value, otherwise I would give cows milk

What was your baby in before? Milk based formula or breast milk?

Babies don't normally have lactose intolerance. Cow's milk protein allergy is more common and you would have noticed it with the formula.
