Chest pains/Tightness !??

I’ve been experiencing chest pain or chest tightness I’m currently 27 weeks pregnant and this has been an on and off thing every other day Has anyone experienced this problem and if so what should I do any tips I’m worried ? Could it be indigestion?

I’d call your OB and let them know. I had the same thing happen last week and they sent me to ER for further scans to make sure it wasn’t clots or anything. Better to be safe than sorry 🤷🏼‍♀️

I've had this and am not sure what it is :/ I'm assuming heartburn, but it literally feels like a crushing weight and is nerve-wracking. Doesn't feel like acid reflux or heartburn I've had in the past.

Covid made me feel like that. Before pregnancy I had chest and upper back tightness with covid. Second covid at 26weeks, I had it again

This is what my acid reflux is like this time around. Not the usual burning but feeling like I actually am having a heart attack. Take Pepcid. Much better than tums. My doctor actually put me on a nightly stomach acid reducer. Does it happen after you eat anything spicy, acidic, or fatty?

It could be take some tums if it doesn't subside then if you can check heart rate and blood pressure when u experience it. Of course always best to ring up ur ob to let them know especially if it's accompanied with shortness of breath then do this asap.
