How long after missed period did you test positive?

I’m asking because my period is like clock work, I get the cramps, spotting day before, craving chocolate and next day period.

I had spotting yesterday very light pink,sometimes brown, now today my period is suppose to start but it’s no sign not even spotting and my period always been clock work. But something feels off my boobs doesn’t hurt like normal, I barely have an appetite, and I got a headache that won’t go away. However, I tested just now and it was negative. Any thoughts?
