Spotting

I’m 7 weeks and have very light spotting. It seems like a very light orange color that could have easily been missed but I’m very paranoid so I took notice. I haven’t had sex in a few days so that’s not the cause. Is this something to worry about? Also god forbid it turns to bleeding do I just stay home or am I supposed to go to the hospital, cause really what can be done? Should also add I’m RH-
