My daughter is 13 months and I’ve been noticing she doesn’t respond to her name. When we’re in the same room and I call her she doesn’t look to see who’s calling her. However, if I’m in another room and call her name and say come here she’ll look around and try to find who’s calling her. I have to admit my husband and I didn’t really call her by her name when she was a baby we used mostly random nicknames. Should I be concerned by her lack of response to her name. I can be holding her in my arms calling her name and she won’t turn to look at me.
