7 weeks symptoms
Hello I am 7 weeks today..this is my first pregnancy..I don't have any major symptoms no morning sickness just some tiredness and that's all..it's making me tensed as to whether everything is ok..I haven't had an ultrasound yet so no way of knowing..did any of you not have much symptoms and had a healthy pregnancy?
