Should I use sneak peak gender testing??

Pros and cons? I feel like I’m being super impatient but would love to find the gender out at 7 weeks.

I used sneak peek with my second pregnancy because I couldn’t wait to find out if we were having another boy or being surprised with a girl.  I do live with all boys, so I was super nervous that I would get an incorrect boy result. I literally bleached the crap out of my kitchen and scrubbed my hands multiple times to get rid of any male dna. When we got a result it said that we were having another boy. As excited as I was, because I wanted another boy, I was super nervous it was a false boy result. Luckily at our 20 week anatomy scan our baby was absolutely a boy! So I think bleaching everything, etc really helped, but I was still stressed out whether or not it was a correct result.

I used it at 8 weeks. Wad accurate for me.

I’d use it closer to 8-9 weeks or until your dating scan to make sure baby is actually measuring the 7 weeks. If you get the snap, it is super hard to contaminate (just don’t get help from a male and follow everything closely). The lancet is a lot easier to contaminate and a lot harder to get blood from. At least in my opinion. I’ve done both and they were both right for me! Both boys.
