Haha my 16month old son finds it so amusing to get in his bath and wee standing up as soon as he gets in! No way am I going to take him out, change water and put him back in for him to do the same thing again!!! 
However he did decide to poo in the bath the other day!!! Definitely changed the water for that one 😩 most unpleasant experience so far!

It depends. In a baby bath we would finish washing up. Now that he's in the big tub we just let him keep having fun. The amount of pee is so small it doesn't make a difference in the big tub and he pees in it almost every time.

Apparently I don’t do anything because I don’t know it’s happened. Before my first was potty trained I happened to one day be able to see her urine in the tub and I was like why. Then she said she does it all the time but her urine’s pretty clear so I had no idea lol. I’m sure my second does the same and I just don’t see it.
