Implantion bleeding?

So I haven’t had a period since October, in December I had to go to the er due to having sharp pain and they said it could be appendicis but it wasn’t well fast forward two weeks later in January started having mucus/sticky where I had to wear a panty liner for about 3 days. And now I’m having light pink spotting only when I wipe and cramping.. could this be implantion bleeding, or is my hormones out of wack usually my periods start heavy and with blood clothes and not like this. I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative. Also to add I been nauseous, headaches and exhausted for no reason.
