Drool rash
My sweet babe has a terrible drool rash and I’m not sure what to do. I had a phone appointment with the pediatrician and she just said to keep it dry and not to put anything on it except maybe Vaseline. It’s not going away though. I try my best to keep the area dry. I put drool bibs on her and change them out frequently. Any other suggestions?
