How do u deal with a miscarriage? It’s my first one and I am struggling a lot I was so heartbroken when I knew it was happening I had really bad cramps and a lot of blood. I feel like it’s my fault. I feel like I did something wrong for the baby to not be here anymore.
What did I do to deserve that what did my baby do to deserve that I feel like it’s all my fault
