Period while breastfeeding
I just started my first period at 5 months pp and I’ve heard your milk supply decreases while you’re on your period. I work from home so I just latch her all day (no bottles). My question is… Is she going to have trouble getting enough while I’m on my period? Will I need to give her expressed milk?
