I ran into a car in a parking lot in the rain, I looked both ways twice, but didn't see them coming until it was too late and they were right in front of me. It was a weirdly shaped lot, too. I still don't get how I didn't see her lights, she must have been going kinda fast?
They made a very big fuss about it even though it was at 5 miles an hour and I have great insurance that fixed the damage to her wheel well. 
So really, I booped her in a parking lot and it left a dent. 
This lady was so ready to milk the situation for everything it was worth, it was interesting. Most little wrecks we all just want to move on, in my experience, but she was ready to camp out there all evening and call every authority lol 
And I don't mind, like do what you must to protect yourself, I just wouldn't do the same. When people bump my car I don't even care, I'm like "it's fine, please leave" 🙃
To be fair I might drive a tank. Your boop isn't going to do worse than I would do driving crazy dirt roads.

I've been hit by a car twice, once on foot in the ribs with a car mirror, the other rear ended on a moped, and been in 2 car accidents outside of that. One we hit a bucks Dan the car was totaled, the other, the back wheel came off as we were going 65 over a curved overpass. Got very lucky both times.

Yes. And because I’m a reasonable, responsible adult, I have insurance to cover accidents. I provided my insurance info to the other driver, called to let my insurance know, and paid a $250 deductible for the damage to my car to be fixed. The rest was handled by… INSURANCE! This is why we have it, this is why we pay for it.

So I just had something happen on New Years. I was double parked waiting for someone to come up to my car and a drunk driver came and tried to take my door off, the person had to jump back so they wouldn’t get hit by them. I don’t know if it’s coming out of his pocket or his insurance. But since he hit and tried to flee the scene it’s pretty bad on his side. Even tho I was double parked that’s not even being brought up even tho I told the police
