My 3 year old went to her wellness checkup the other day and she only grew a quarter of an inch since August. The pedi didn't seem too concerned but she did say she wanted her to grow two inches by next year, with one inch being by June. My girl did gain 2 pounds which she was pleased with. I know I can't do much about her height but now I'm kind of worried. Is it reasonable to expect 2 inches of growth in a year/1 inch every 6 months? Is there anything else I can do? What happens if she doesn't grow the 2 inches?
