Is this a pregnancy and NOT lingering Ovidrel shot?

14dpt, 12dpo: can a shot linger in your system enough to test yes on a digital at this point? Last month my hcg from Ovidrel was at a 6 by now and digital needs at least 22. Feeling pretty damn confident but would love insight to knock me down a notch if this is possibly false!

Hcg blood draw today - 43 at 3w4d. I’ll take it! Praying it goes up enough on Saturday. After two chemicals this beta hell is awful.

Did you test trigger out with regular strip pregnancy tests? The trigger can last 14+ days. But usually if you get a positive digital at this point it’s probably from a true pregnancy. I would contact your doctor for bloodwork and try strip hCG tests and see what those show. I’ve had triggers last 18+ days and give me a positive digital when I was not pregnant that round. But fingers crossed this is real for you! Good luck!
