FTM Baby registry?!!

Question

Hi ladies!! I'm wondering what items I should put on my registry, as well as what stores I should do. 
Also looking for recommendations on car seats/strollers. Preferably ones that grow with babe. My budget is $500 for the car seat and open for the stroller🙂

You are going to want to wear your baby, I would ask for a really nice baby carrier, I personally like baby ktan for newborns and ergo baby for a bit older infants. It was my game changer.

I would go directly through the stores (Target, Buy Buy Baby, etc) rather than a universal list. Because you get a completion coupon at the end for a discount off of all the remaining stuff on your registry. It makes a huge difference if you need to stock up on diapers and such. 
A few other pointers… 
1) You don’t need a wipe warmer. If your kid never feels a warm wipe they won’t know what they’re missing 🤣
2) You might think you’re going to wrap your own swaddles with muslin blankets, but you’ll get sick of it real quick. Get a swaddle that velcros like SwaddleMe or Halo. 
3) Consider how often you’ll be able to do laundry before registering for clothes/sheets. If you have it in your home vs if you have to go to a laundromat, etc. 
4) A pack n play makes a great bedside bassinet and has other uses later (like a travel sleep space, to contain a crazy toddler when you have to pee, etc). If you get JUST a bassinet, you’ll only get a few months use out of it. 
5) If you’re having a summer baby, they’re gonna hang out in a diaper all dang day. Don’t bother with too many clothes for that size/season 🤣

We REALLY liked our Graco Click Connect travel system when our son was little. The infant carseat clicked audibly into the base and the stroller so we knew he was secure. We got Graco 4 in 1 carseats when he outgrew the infant seat as well, they'll adjust as he grows and we won't ever need to buy another carseat. 
Necessities for us were:
Clothes
Sleepers with built in mittens
Mittens
Nail clippers
Soap for bath time
Baby bath tub
Swaddles (we liked the oversized muslin ones)
Nursing pads
Bouncer seat or swing
Boppy
Diapers
Wipes

Get a travel system, its a carseat & stroller combo and can save you hundreds. Im not sure what you already have, but I’d say the necessities would be:
Diapers, wipes, changing pad, socks, mittens, any clothes you may still need, hats, wearable blanket, crib or bassinet, baby tub, towels, wash cloths, nasal aspirator, breast pump, breast milk storage bags, baby shampoo/bodywash, baby lotion, diaper cream, any baby monitor/car cam you may want, books, diaper bag, activity stations for tummy time, sheets for crib, bottles, hakka pump (in case of clogs), pacifiers, nail clippers or file, baby carriers/wraps, burp cloths, toys, car seat covers, bottle scrubber, blankets and postpartum supplies. 
Personally I put everything I needed on my registry & my husband and I buy 1 thing a week off of it since we aren’t having a baby shower, so this list may be bulkier than what you are going for.
