Confused

So does this mean I’m negative my doctor still hasn’t called me for my test results and this hasn’t showed up in my health portal in lab results because I am confused cause I’m June I tested positive for hsv1 but these say negative so I don’t know if it’ll show actual numbers and if I’m positive for stuff until my doctor reviews this??
