We used the pull out method because we hadn't yet gotten condoms and I hadn't yet decided on birth control pills or an IUD. We had sex twice in a week. Then starting yesterday and ending today I've had a little brown spotting.

I'm 11 weeks postpartum, I'm exclusively breastfeeding, and my period has not returned, but I'm still super nervous that I could be pregnant again. I'll test in a week or so to be sure, but right now my anxiety is through the roof.

Thoughts? Could the spotting have been implantation bleeding, or is brown spotting 11 weeks postpartum normal? Help!
