I'm freaking out been spotting brown for a week or so sometimes it's pink or really dark red my cousin told me I should test and this is what I got what do I do

This is general TTC, it says no pregnancy tests in the title. That is definitely positive, but since you are having consistent bleeding & occasionally red bleeding you should absolutely talk to your OB. It could be a chemical pregnancy. It takes a while for HCG to leave your system when experiencing a chemical so you could continue testing positive. It could also be an ectopic or hemorrhage.

Spotting is common in early pregnancy just talk with your doctor and keep testing to see if your lines get darker if they do it just means your hcg is rising if not it could be a early loss
