Interpreting Bile Acids Total Test help!
Hello, I mentioned to my Dr at my last appt I was so itchy the night before (all over) it kept me up. We tested my bile acids total via a blood test (I did not fast) and I just got the results back at a 12 umol/L of course today is a Saturday and I cannot call the Dr but I’m worried this is high?! Some ranges say anything above 10 is ICP but some say anything under 14 is fine. I am not itchy anymore, it was really just that one night. Help!
