Just joined this group. I think I have intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy. I've been experiencing itching in my private area for 3 weeks now. I'm 34 weeks 3 days with twin boys.

I didn't eat nothing before I went into labor and delivery so I was fasting when they drew my blood.

I went into labor and delivery yesterday they ran blood work and the doctor i saw doesn't think I have cholestasis however my Alkaline phosphatase was higher than normal. The normal Alkaline phosphatase is 30 intUnit/L - 114 intUnit/L. My Alkaline phosphatase (ALP) is 164 intUnit/L. My albumin levels are low as well .He's not my OBGYN that I've been seeing through out my pregnancy. The doctor said it seems the yeast infection has spread to the outside of my private area.

I've been not sleeping at all and the itching is more persistent at night. When I went in the nurse told me that the itching where I'm experiencing it is not a common symptom of ICP. I went in last week Thursday and they diagnosed me with a yeast infection and a bladder infection and gave me medicine that has been helping for that.

I'm constantly itchy and it's driving me insane on top of that since I'm not sleeping I am starting to zone out and I can't afford that as I have 3 little ones under 4 years old as well.

I've been experiencing the itching for 3 weeks now.

I have lost 2 set of twins one in 2015 stillbirth not sure why as i never received property prenatal care, and then in 2017 miscarriage of twins that's why I'm scared that I could have ICP.

What would you mamas do?
