Do I have hope

I had my last period jan 6th I got a positive pregnancy test on the Feb 3. Yesterday Feb 6 I went to the hospital because I was cramping and they checked my blood levels and they are 2500 they did an ultrasound and the er doctor said everything looks like seven weeks except the baby. And made a lot of comments that didn’t make me feel comfortable. He made it sound I was for sure going to miscarring. Should I get a second opinion. Is there hope. This baby will stick.
