Typically once a year for my annual. Unless I'm pregnant, or have another issue that I need to see my OB for.

In my country you get the majority of your care from your primary carer / GP - you only see a gyno if there's something that needs specialist treatment and you get a referral.

No, I don’t. I returned to the states in 2019 and I’ve gone through several health insurances due to changing jobs and the pandemic. However, this is my year to get all my doctors. It’s just such a pain.

Literally the only time I've seen an actual obgyn was during my c sections and follow-ups. I've yet to have another reason to see one.

Absolutely. And thankful I do. 
In 2017 I got an abnormal pap. I had over a decade of normal paps before that. Within three weeks I went from CIN I to CIN III. They said it was very aggressive and would’ve been cervical cancer if we didn’t catch it and remove it right away. 
I will always go to my appointments on time and do what doctors recommend.
