plan b

so I took plan b an now my vagina is really dry an kinda painful, is that normal or is this something else? I googled it an it isn't on the list of side effects for plan b so I don't know if it is from that or not. and I know I don't have an std and I don't think it's a yeast infection because it's just dry an I don't have any other symptoms, does anyone else have any remedies or help info I could use? please 😶😶😓
