Hey guys, so I’ve been on the Nexplanon birth control since May 22 of 2020. My doctor said it’ll need replaced or taken out by May 22 of 2023. Since i’ve been on it, every couple of months i’ll have an actual period where i bleed for about 4-5 days, but its a light period and only happens every couple of months. This last month, I’ve had an extremely heavy period that has lasted 6-7 days every other week..its exhausting. Ive started losing chunks of hair, and i’m constantly dizzy or nauseous, and i’ve started getting cold a lot easier than usual, and i’m always tired. At night i’ve been getting at least 12 hours of sleep before i feel even slightly awake. Has anybody else experienced this? i have a doctor appointment on Wednesday, they’re going to run tests and do blood work.
