Answer

They’re not quite doubling so they’re concerning, but I’ve heard as low as a 35% increase in 48 hours early on can be okay. But that’s one doctor’s opinion. Stay strong, it could be your HCG is just closer to the 35% increase and maybe it will turn around. 
Really only your doctor can tell you if THEY think it’s concerning.
