Covid vaccine after having covid

I'm currently 8 months pregnant and just got over covid. At first I was scared but it was like a mild cold... very fortunate to have no fever or complications. I have not been vaccinated (not trying to start a debate) just did not feel comfortable getting vaccinated while pregnant so I had planned to do it after the baby was born, but now that I have already caught it, I don't see the point. Also, seeing a lot of friend/coworkers that caught covid and being vaccinated being way sicker than I was is quite scary. I'm looking for people have experienced something similar... every doctor I ask always seems to push the vaccine no matter what the circumstances may be.
