Caffine and Pregnancy
Hello! It's my first pregnancy and I'm wondering what are some good alternatives to coffee? I'm only 5 weeks. I cut down to a smaller cup but I read you aren't supposed to consume caffine. I want something that tastes bold but is decaf 😭any recommendations? :)
