So my boyfriend has been dropping all the hints that he’s going to propose, which we’ve been together 6 years lol. I kind of want to get something special for him for after he proposes. Would this take away from it? Would he think I knew beforehand? Or does it sound like a good idea? Thank you!

We were building our house when we got engaged, I bought my husband a John Deere mailbox and some John Deere coffee mugs because he is obsessed with John Deere and coffee mugs. It was just something small but i wanted to get him something. I knew what I was going to get but waited to order it until after he proposed, which was a complete shock and happened 2 months before I thought it would.
